HB: Coercive behaviour

1. In the context of a refuge that is HB specified accommodation “coercive behaviour”; means an act of assault, humiliation or intimidation or other abuse; that is used to harm, punish or frighten the victim.1The Housing Benefit Regulations 2006/213 reg 2(1) def “coercive behaviour” as amended by SI 2022 No 942 reg 2(2)(a) 1/10/2022
